ISO Annual Meeting 2024 will take place at the Cartagena Convention Center | Hotel Las Américas Cartagena.
If you have registered for one of the ISO Annual Meeting livestreams, an email asking you to confirm your address should arrive in your mailbox within a few minutes. If you haven’t seen it, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder: Confirmation emails can end up in spam or promotions folders. Please check those folders to see if the email is there. You can search for the sending address iso@hello.iso.org or the subject line "ISO Annual Meeting: Please confirm your registration".
- Contact us: If you still can’t find the confirmation email, reach out to us at AM24@iso.org. Make sure to include the session you’d like to join in the email. We’ll assist you in confirming your registration.
Upon registration, you will have received a confirmation email, asking you to join the platform. When you click and join the platform for the first time, in your profile settings page, you can set-up your password in the Change Password section.
If you registered for last year’s Annual Meeting, you can use the same credentials to login. Click “forgot your password” if you need to reset your password.

Practical information for the ISO community
We invite the ISO community and their guests to join us at the ISO Annual Meeting, either in person or online via our event platform. To register, make sure you have your registration code ready.
Your registration code was sent to you via email. If you are part of a national standards body (NSB) or were invited to the event, your code has been sent to the CEO of your NSB. To find it, search your email for “ISO Annual Meeting 2024”. You can also contact AM24@iso.org, including your full name and organization in your message.
*The ISO community includes representatives from ISO members, regional standards organizations, ISO partner organizations as well as members of technical committees.
Individuals of the ISO Community must register through the ISO Annual Meeting event platform to see the full list of events and sessions. Please use the official event platform to sign up to attend sessions.
